Is this sold as an authentic brand-manufactured watch?
No unless the listing explicitly provides verifiable provenance and authorised documentation. Store grade labels describe configurations; they are not authentication certificates.
How can I verify what I will receive?
Match the QC photos to the order reference. Request a dated video showing the dial, caseback, clasp, serial/marking areas, movement where accessible, and every function. Save the approved QC record.
Can a photo prove authenticity?
No. Photos can help confirm appearance and the shipped item, but authentication requires provenance and qualified physical inspection. Never rely on a logo, serial number or packaging alone.
What should I check in the timing result?
Confirm that the displayed watch is running, then review rate, amplitude and beat error. Results are a snapshot, not a lifetime guarantee, and can change with position, temperature and transport.
Is the watch safe for swimming?
Only if the individual watch has passed an appropriate pressure test and the result is documented. Otherwise treat it as splash resistant and keep it away from showers, pools and seawater.
When will the order ship?
