The “shark fin” design on the left side houses pushers for quick forward and backward adjustment of the skeletonized central hour hand, which indicates the time in a second time zone.
[Dial] The black embossed dial features applied metallic numerals and hour markers with a luminescent coating. Square day/night apertures at 3 and 9 o’clock display “HOME” and “LOCAL” respectively, using blue and white to signify night and day, while a pointer-style date display sits at the 6 o’clock position.
